Ask about a construction, a mounting envelope or an existing hardware order.
Before you select
For a sensor, tell us the task, lane width, proposed mounting position, power and controller interface. For a transponder, identify the accepted reader protocol and permitted mounting zone. A clear sketch can help; account passwords and personal vehicle documents cannot.
Existing orders
Quote the order reference and SKU, then describe the change or issue. Address changes should arrive before dispatch. For a damaged delivery, keep packaging and photographs and do not power the damaged unit.
Response and returns
Our response target is 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. Postal and courier returns need prior authorization under the Returns Policy. There is no walk-in collection service.
