The catalogue is limited to road traffic sensors and toll transponder hardware. The products are not toll accounts, balances, recharge services or operator approvals. The written construction and supplied format define the item; optional installation equipment is not included unless expressly listed.

Selection and installation

Before fulfillment, the intended deployment must be checked against the supplied dimensions, power, interface and mounting requirements. For transponders, confirm the exact reader protocol and operator acceptance/enrollment requirements with the receiving system. Frequency alone is not compatibility. No universal network acceptance, operator endorsement, activation, prepaid balance or toll-payment service is offered.

Roadside works and powered installation must be planned by competent persons using the applicable site permissions and safe traffic management. Sensors are not sold as certified life-safety barriers or enforcement instruments. Do not infer an environmental rating or certification not expressly documented.

Order requests and acceptance

Checkout records a request and displays its reference only after receipt. We then contact you to confirm items, deployment requirements, delivery and payment. A reference is not proof of operator enrollment or authorization to debit an account. We may decline a request that cannot be matched to the installation and explain before requesting payment. The site does not automatically send a confirmation email.

Prices and payment

Prices and delivery charges are in USD and include any applicable sales tax; no separate tax is added at checkout. The submitted summary records the amount to be confirmed. A correction or requested change must be agreed in writing before a different amount is payable.

Bank transfer is due within 5 calendar days after written confirmation. We do not take online card payments. Any catalogue error is explained and you may accept the correction or cancel before payment; a different amount is not charged silently.

Delivery and returns

Delivery covers street addresses in the contiguous United States and District of Columbia only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or PO boxes. Standard delivery is $14.95 per order, or free at a merchandise subtotal of $300. Preparation takes 2–3 business days following compatibility confirmation and receipt of agreed payment. Carrier transit normally takes 3–6 business days, giving a total of 5–9 business days. Business days mean Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays.

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. A customer-choice prepaid return label costs $14.95 and restocking is $0. Incorrect or defective supplied goods are handled at our expense. Installed, modified and bonded single-use tags have the discretionary-return limitations explained in the Returns Policy; applicable defect rights remain.

Reasonable use and dispute handling

Keep equipment within the published power and installation envelope, and stop use if damaged. No unsupported universal compatibility or uninterrupted service warranty is created by these terms. Nothing here excludes non-excludable consumer rights. Raise a problem first with the order reference and desired remedy; request further review if unresolved. Privacy and amendments

Use accurate delivery details and do not send credentials in notes. The separate Privacy and Cookie Policies explain storage. Policy changes apply prospectively; a confirmed order retains its agreed commercial terms unless you agree otherwise. Contact us before payment if a term is unclear.
