Returns Policy
A clear 30-day inspection window and separate handling for equipment that arrives defective or incorrect.
Request within 30 days
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a change-of-mind or customer-selected compatibility return. Keep units uninstalled, clean and complete with supplied mounts, cables and packaging where practical. Inspection is welcome; cutting cables, bonding adhesive tags to glass, drilling, opening sealed housings or energizing equipment in an incompatible system is not ordinary inspection.
Authorization and return method
Email the reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We respond with authorization and a prepaid postal or courier label. Send within 14 calendar days of authorization to 4660 LaJolla Village Drive, Ste 500 , San Diego , CA , 92122. Use protective packaging and retain the carrier receipt. There are no walk-in returns. Do not send products unannounced or include passwords, account access codes or bank documents.
Costs and restocking
The prepaid label for a change-of-mind or customer-selection return is $14.95, deducted from the refund. Restocking is $0. Original standard delivery is not refunded for a discretionary return. A free-delivery order is not retroactively charged shipping. A partial return is refunded at the paid item prices, subject only to the disclosed label charge.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied hardware
Stop use and describe the fault. Useful photographs of connectors and packaging can help, but do not dismantle a sealed enclosure or conduct unsafe testing to create evidence. For confirmed defects or our supply error, we provide the return label at no cost and agree replacement or refund. A wholly defective or incorrect order refund includes its original standard delivery charge.
Review and refund timing
We communicate inspection findings within 3 business days of receipt and issue an agreed refund within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds are bank transfers to the original payer, with account details verified privately. Bank processing can take additional time. We do not insist on store credit or request online banking credentials.
Limits and rights
Damage caused after delivery by incorrect wiring, installation, corrosion from an opened seal or physical abuse is not a manufacturing defect. Installed, modified and bonded single-use tags are not eligible for discretionary return, but this does not remove rights for genuinely defective or misdescribed goods. We explain any refusal and the evidence; ask for a further review if you disagree.
